Folks, the best things about winter are finally getting to light your fireplace, taking your German Shepherd all over the state for Pictures with Santa,  and eating Comfort Foods guilt free.  Why yes, I have had a roaring fire already and 2 pics with Santa  so I figured we better kick it in gear around here on the comfort food part of winter.   May I present..(drumroll please).....Poblano White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.....Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites.....Perfect Pepper Jack Mac & Cheese Bites.....and Chile Relleno Bites.  These are my choices so far.....yes, I will be adding more....but these are so delicious, so "Welcome to Winter" if you will.....the ol "come on down" Comfort food at its finest
